Katie Cannon – personal fitness trainer

Katie’s bubbly personality and enthusiasm motivate you to new levels of fitness. She sees fitness as the key to a happy and successful life, and wants you to achieve your goals. Her approach is to build variety and fun into your programme – you can work out with her in the gym, go for a run in the park, and train at home with her using improvised weights. With Katie’s support and belief, you will go all out for your personal best!

Katie started gymnastics when she was four and has loved every minute of her gymnastics career. She went on to become British Aerobics Gymnastics champion five times.

Katie is proud to have represented Great Britain at two World and two European Championships, and understands about the motivation needed for success. Her knowledge of fitness is based on the science behind fitness, as well as her personal experience at competition level
